My Smart Garage is not responsible for any damages, theft, or security breaches that may occur. Users are responsible for ensuring their garage and property security beyond what our service provides. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
